Chef Bob is an aspiring Celebrity Chef and the current President of the Professional Culinaire Association (Malaysia) but his food journey began when he was just 18 years old at Petaling Jaya Hilton, which was where he first developed a profound passion for cooking.
Upon gaining experience, he returned to Malaysia in 2003 and worked at several 5-star hotels in Kuala Lumpur as Chef De Cuisine and joined Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur as the Executive Chef
Following that, Chef Bob worked as a Corporate Executive Chef in airline catering before he switched to his current career as a full-time consultant Chef and host of his own TV show cooking program “Masak Apa Chef” collaboration with BERNAMA TV. Year 2022 he was appointed as an Adjunct Professor in Faculty of Arts, Social Sciences and Technology at KLMUC.
Chef Bob is also certified by World Association of Chefs Societies (WorldChefs) as Approved B Level Judge License.
