A seasoned Project Director with over 20 years of experience in leading large-scale mixed-use developments, healthcare cities, hotels, and integrated resorts across Malaysia, the UAE, China, Australia, and the Caribbean. Known for a strong track record in end-to-end project execution, from feasibility studies and design coordination to construction management and stakeholder engagement.

Currently spearheading KL Wellness City, a premier mixed-use healthcare and wellness development in Malaysia, including the KL International Hospital and The Nobel Healthcare Park. Previously, he successfully delivered Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur as Project Director for Mygres Ceramiche, overseeing procurement, contractor coordination, and compliance with stringent quality standards.

His international portfolio includes key hospitality projects such as DoubleTree by Hilton Penang, Kimpton Taipei, Yotel Melbourne, and Meydan Racecourse & Hotel (Dubai), demonstrating expertise in luxury hotel development and high-value real estate ventures. During his tenure with TAK Group, he played a pivotal role in major projects like Tianjin Equine Cultural City (China) and Karambunai Integrated Resort City, working closely with government bodies and investors to align developments with economic and regulatory frameworks.

Adept in strategic business development, contract negotiation, and risk management, he has consistently driven projects to completion within budget and timeline constraints. His technical foundation—a Master’s in Structural Engineering (UNSW, Australia)—complements his leadership in coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve seamless project execution.
