Ms Chloe Chu is the Assistant General Manager, Sales Department at KL Wellness City, with over 17 years of experience in Malaysia’s property industry. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Computing and an Executive Diploma in Real Estate.

She began her career in 2009 with CIMB as a Mortgage Advisor, gaining a strong foundation in banking and financing before transitioning into real estate. Over the years, she has held key roles with established organisations including Andaman Group and Thriven Global Berhad, where she led sales teams, drove marketing strategies, and executed successful project launches and campaigns.

Recognised for her business insight, market positioning expertise, and leadership capabilities, Ms Chloe has built a solid track record in sales growth and investment initiatives. She has consistently achieved top sales rankings throughout her career and remains a top performer at KL Wellness City in recent years.

Her role now focuses on healthcare real estate growth, medical suite positioning and long-term value creation. With a professional and disciplined approach, she continues to contribute meaningfully to the industry through her blend of real estate experience and business leadership.
