Ms Chloe Chu, a First Class Honours graduate in Bachelor of Science in Business Computing, Executive Diploma in Real Estate holds more than 15 years experience in property industry. She started her career journey since 2009 at CIMB as Mortgage Advisor, banking industry having built a valuable experience for her to start her real estate journey. 

She was previously Sales and Marketing manager in Andaman Group, with her wealth of knowledge in both areas of sales and marketing. Her expertise includes marketing planning on project launches, media liaison and sales campaigns. She has also served as Sales Manager for Thriven Global Berhad leading sales team strategic and planning. With her diversified experience, she took up a challenge and excelled in a real estate agency sometime 2019 and 2020. She has notably and consistently achieved top sales ranking positions in all past career. 

She is now a key management staff in KL Wellness City serving as the Senior Manager, Sales.
