Key Management Team

Mr. Francis Lim, aged 69, is responsible for corporate affairs, hospital development and operations.

He was previously CEO of Nilai Medical Centre (formerly known as Nilai Cancer Hospital), TMC Life Sciences Bhd, Tropicana Medical Centre (now known as Thomson Medical Centre), and Mahkota Medical Centre. He has also served as an executive director for Beverly Wilshire Medical Centre, Regency Specialist Hospital, Regency Medical Centre, Mahkota Medical Centre, and Health Management International Limited. Additionally, Mr. Lim has also served as managing director of Amalgamated Containers Bhd (now known as Parkson Corporation Bhd).

Mr. Lim launched his career in Coopers and Lybrand (now known as PwC) before joining the Inland Revenue Department (now known as LHDN). Thereafter, he joined Arthur Young (now known as Ernst and Young), before moving to the Lion Group where he was group director and special assistant to the group executive chairman. There, he took on the position as CEO of Mahkota Medical Centre.

Mr. Lim possesses vast experience in hospital management, mergers, acquisitions, and divestments, as well as tax planning and strategic corporate development. Furthermore, he also holds experience in the planning of the medical suite block at Regency Medical Centre and the sale of medical suites at Mahkota Medical Centre.
