Throughout her career, she has held key positions with established exclusive distributors of internationally recognised medical device and aesthetic technology brands in Malaysia, including Lumenis (Aesthetic, Ophthalmic & ENT medical lasers), Candela Medical (Aesthetic & Cosmetic Laser Systems), and Deka Laser. In these roles, she successfully led strategic market expansion, specialist engagement, and high-value project implementation initiatives nationwide.

She holds a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management from Flamingo Institute of Further Education, where she graduated with strong academic performance. Her educational background has contributed to her strong foundation in service excellence, operational management, and customer relationship strategy — competencies that have been instrumental in her success within the healthcare industry.
