Ms. Teh Chu Suang (Janice Teh) has accumulated 19 years of extensive work experience in contracts administration, encompassing both private and government projects. She embarked on her career in 2004 as a junior contracts executive at a contracting firm. In 2006, she joined a Consultant Quantity Surveying firm as a project surveyor. Subsequently, in 2008, she transitioned into the realm of property development.

By 2015, she had ascended to the role of Head of Contracts Department at a development firm based in Nilai. Throughout her career, she has been involved in managing diverse types of projects, including mixed developments, residential properties, hotels, international schools, medical centers, as well as major infrastructure works such as highway interchanges and JKR federal roads.

Presently, Janice Teh holds the position of Senior Contracts Manager at KL Wellness City Sdn Bhd. Her responsibilities within the company encompass the entire spectrum of contract procurement, product planning, and support for project implementation. She is engaged in various project types, guiding them from the inception stage through to the final handover.
